Basic English and
Western Lessons:
With the "East Meets West Riding Team"
our lessons are filled with information and fun. Communication
between instructor and student are established from the moment
you meet. Parents are always encouraged to stay and watch Joanne
and Phyllis teach. You will always have one instructor in the
arena and one on the rail, explaining the work the student is
learning. This way the parent can understand better what is
trying to be accomplished. Prices: $40.00 per one hour$25.00
per half hour
Lead
Line Lessons:
These lessons are offered to children 3 years old and above
who have never sat on a horse or pony. This is a great introduction
for a child to learn to become relaxed around ponies to begin
riding them. Your lesson time includes brushing the pony and
riding. Prices: $25.00 per half hour
Grooming,
Saddling and Handling Lessons:
These "Hands On" lessons are designed for students
to become more familiar with horses. Having better understanding
of horses on the ground will ultimately make you a more successful
rider.
These lessons are also offered to people who may not ride, but
enjoy being with horses and want to have a broader knowledge
of handling and caring for horses. Horses hold a great therapeutic
value for many life's stresses. Prices: $45.00 per one & 1/2 hour
Show Ready:
The Show Ready lessons are private one hour lessons and are
designed for the competitive rider, who wants to sharpen their
riding skills for the show ring. The lessons are intense and
students who have showing as a goal are encouraged to add these
to their regular lesson program. Prices: $50.00 per 1 hour (private)

Confidence
Rebuilding:
For students of all ages who have lost their confidence due
to being frightened or intimated in the past, or for first time
riders who lack confidence in general.
Shy
and Timid Riders:
Designed to help students of all ages feel comfortable and build
self-esteem. Horses have a great ability to build self-confidence
as you master each new lesson.

In The Saddle Again:
This lesson program is for the adult rider who wants to renew
their childhood dreams of riding. To reward yourself with time
devoted to rediscovering the special relationship you once felt
being on a horse.
